nWe're looking for a hands-on VP of Engineering who can lead engineering across software, AI, and robotics while staying deeply involved in architecture, coding, and execution.
n This is not a management-only role.
nYou'll work directly with the founders to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready products at startup speed.
n What You'll Do

Lead engineering across AI, Physical AI, robotics, and enterprise software products.n
Own the complete engineering lifecycle—from ideation and architecture to deployment and scaling.n
Stay hands-on with system design, architecture reviews,



coding, and technical problem solving.n
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering team.n
Maximize engineering productivity and execution velocity.n
Drive engineering excellence, code quality, scalability, and operational reliability.n
Collaborate closely with Founders, Product Managers, Business Teams, Tech Support, and Enterprise Clients.n
Translate business ideas into scalable technology solutions.n
Build an AI-first engineering culture across the organization.n

nThis role strongly favors candidates with experience building AI systems that interact with the physical world.
