Must have cleared the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination at least once or the Preliminary Examination of any State Civil Services Examination.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Freshers with robust communication and mentoring potential are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Skills Required
Deliver counselling sessions in person, over the phone, or via online platforms.
Responsible for lead follow-ups and converting inquiries into walk-in admissions.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions.
Possess robust communication and persuasive skills.
Build a relationship of trust, empathy, and respect with aspirants.
Listen actively to students concerns and guide them toward clarity and confidence.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Civil Services Examination pattern and preparation strategy.
