Your job
Build content strategies for our brands across social platforms.
Develop content pillars, campaigns, series & monthly calendars.
Find the big idea hiding inside a boring brief.
Write sharp briefs, hooks and content directions for the creative team.
Spot trends before they become cringe.
Research audiences, competitors and culture to find content prospects.
Use content performance to make the next idea smarter.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, creators and account teams.
You
Have 1–3 years of experience in content/social/creative strategy.
Understand Instagram, Reels, YouTube and internet culture.
Can think strategically and creatively.
Have robust writing and communication skills.
Know that a content calendar is not a content strategy.
Have opinions. Good ones.
Bonus points
If you have a screenshot folder full of ads, memes and "this is compelling" content, we want to see it.
