Educational qualification:B.E./B.Tech, LLB, MBA (Contracts/Finance), or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in real estate/construction contracts.
Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer contracts for construction, MEP, infrastructure, landscaping, and specialized works.
Ensure contractual compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and project specifications.
Prepare tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, and scope-of-work documents.
Evaluate contractor claims, variation orders, and change requests.
Support cost optimization initiatives through effective commercial negotiations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ SAP/ ERP’s – Info4velocity
