Role Description The Conference Producer at ConFex Meet is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves end-to-end ownership of conference production, including conceptualizing event themes, structuring agendas, and defining target audiences.

The Conference

Producer will conduct market research to identify relevant topics, trends, and potential participants, and will manage speaker acquisition by identifying, approaching, and confirming industry experts and leaders. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams for event management, overseeing timelines, managing budgets related to production, and ensuring smooth execution of all program elements.



The role also requires maintaining explicit communication with stakeholders, preparing briefing materials, and supporting post-event evaluations to continually improve future conferences.

Qualifications

- Conference production skills, including agenda design, theme development, and program structuring.
- Market research skills to analyze industry trends, audience needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination, content development, and on-site interactions.
- Speaker acquisition capabilities, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Event management skills to oversee logistics, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in conference production, corporate events, or B2B event management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Comfort with using digital tools and event technologies to enhance planning and attendee experience.
