Concierge Client Acquisition

Role Summary The Concierge is the first point of contact for prospective clients at AstaGuru Auction House. This role is responsible for generating and qualifying leads through digital platforms, online portals, social media, and inbound enquiries. The Concierge introduces clients to AstaGuru, explains the auction process and product categories, understands their buying, selling, or collecting requirements, and connects them with the appropriate Client Relations Specialist for further engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and engage leads through online platforms, digital campaigns, social media, website enquiries, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct the initial conversation to understand client requirements, interests, and objectives.
- Introduce AstaGuru's brand, services, auction process, and key categories, including art, jewellery, watches, luxury collectibles, and memorabilia.
- Qualify leads by assessing client intent, collecting interests, and potential,



while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Ensure a seamless handover of qualified clients to the relevant Client Relations Specialist or category expert, along with complete interaction details.
- Deliver a premium first-contact experience by building trust, addressing initial queries, and maintaining timely follow-ups until the client is successfully transitioned.

Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid customer orientation, relationship-building ability, attention to detail, proficiency with CRM systems, and an interest in luxury, art, or collectibles. Prior experience in client servicing, inside sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or relationship management is preferred.
