Computer Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Computer Teacher to teach computer science and digital skills to students. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, conducting practical sessions, assessing student performance, and helping students develop strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills.

Location: Sarvoday Mission School, Near Janta Chowk, Purnea (Contact- (phone hidden))

Reports To: Principal / School Administrator (Contact- (phone hidden))

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver computer science and IT lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach students fundamental computer concepts, operating systems, MS Office, internet usage, and digital literacy.
- Conduct practical sessions and provide hands-on training in computer applications.
- Introduce age-appropriate programming and coding concepts where applicable.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, quizzes, and examination papers.
- Evaluate students' academic and practical performance and maintain appropriate records.
- Provide additional guidance and support to students who require improvement.




- Maintain discipline and ensure proper use and care of computer laboratory equipment.
- Keep students updated on emerging technologies and responsible digital practices.
- Coordinate with other teachers and school management regarding academic activities and student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, examinations, workshops, and other assigned activities.
- Ensure safe, responsible, and ethical use of computers and the internet by students.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any Stream, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of computer fundamentals and common computer applications.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
