Job PurposeTo efficiently manage customer billing and related computer operations at the jewellery showroom, ensuring accurate billing, proper documentation, smooth payment processing, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate bills for jewellery purchases using the showroom billing/ERP software.
- Enter jewellery details such as item code, weight, purity, making charges, stone charges, discounts, taxes, and other applicable charges correctly.
- Verify product details and pricing with the sales team before finalizing the bill.
- Handle billing for gold, diamond, silver and other jewellery products as applicable.
- Process different modes of payment including cash, card, UPI, bank transfer and other approved methods.
- Verify customer details and ensure proper documentation/KYC wherever required.
- Generate and provide invoices, receipts, payment acknowledgements and other required documents to customers.
- Handle exchange, return, advance booking, order and cancellation bills as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Cash Counter and Showroom Manager for billing-related matters.
- Ensure all billing transactions are entered correctly and reconcile billing records when required.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer and transaction information.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures, discount policies and statutory requirements.
- Report billing discrepancies, software issues or transaction errors immediately to the concerned authority.
- Maintain proper records and assist in daily closing and billing-related reports.
- Perform other computer/data-entry and showroom operational duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work with billing software/ERP systems.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy showroom hours.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery terminology, weights, purity and pricing will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary qualification.
- Graduation or Diploma in Computer Applications/related field will be an added advantage.
