Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and well-organized Lab In-Charge to manage the Computer Laboratories supporting the CSE and AI students. This role ensures the effective operation, maintenance, and upgradation of computing infrastructure for academic and project-based learning.

Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all computer labs related to CSE and AI.

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and development tools.

- Assist faculty and students during lab sessions and workshops.

- Manage lab servers, virtual environments, and AI model deployment infrastructure.

- Provide technical support for programming related toolkits.

- Maintain lab schedules, documentation, software licenses, and system security.

- Coordinate with IT, vendors, and academic teams for upgrades and procurement.

- Support student and faculty research projects involving cloud computing and DevOps environments.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA in Computer Science, IT,



or related discipline

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing academic computer labs or IT infrastructure

- Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration

- Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, VS Code, Anaconda, Docker, Git, and virtual machines

- Experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable
