- Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Miryalaguda Telangana Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled professionals to join our growing IT team. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, customer support, and infrastructure management, we invite you to apply for one of the following positions.

Position 1: Desktop Support Engineer Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and business applications.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and email clients.
- Perform user account management, password resets, and Active Directory support.
- Configure network connectivity including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and shared resources.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks.




- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.

Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of Desktop Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with desktop hardware troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Excellent communication and customer support skills.
- Ability to travel to customer locations when required.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
