Job Title: CFD - Engineer
Role Overview:
Eeki is seeking a passionate and experienced CFD Engineer to join our team. The incumbent will play a critical role in our Product R&D; team in helping design the right product.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate through knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer.
Identify the problem areas and define the conditions.
Including planning and executing simulation activity, developing design solutions to meet performance targets, collaborating with design engineering on their feasibility, and root cause /resolution of issues discovered during validation testing.
Flexible with travel and validate the new sites for farm setup feasibility.
Provide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality, reliability and stability.
Provide accurate and detailed reports of CFD results. Perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements.
Aid in development of new method and technology for CFD analysis.
Develop multi physics model and perform multi-physics simulation.
Maintain complete documentations for CFD analysis and engineering methods.
Develop process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency.
Conduct cutting-edge research and experiments to investigate fundamental physics principles, phenomena, and materials.
Develop hypotheses, design experimental setups, perform data collection, and analyze results using advanced techniques and tools.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements, discoveries, and techniques in the field of physics. Attend conferences, workshops, and training programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and expertise.
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree/ Phd. in Mechanical Engineering.
Overall experience of 4-10 years.
Experience of working in ANSA, Hypermesh, ANSYS Fluent
Ability to manage staff, encourage team and ensure a high standard in delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
