Compliance Assistant – KOKJAGUAR Consultancy

KOKJAGUAR Consultancy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our growing team in Pune.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Business Compliance, Taxation and Statutory Registrations, rather than only performing routine filing work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle GST registration, amendments and return filing support
- Assist with PF & ESIC registration and monthly compliance
- Handle Skilled Tax (PTEC/PTRC) related compliance
- Prepare and verify client documentation
- Coordinate with clients for required documents and information
- Assist with Shop Act, Udyam, FSSAI and other business registrations
- Support applications for various business licences and registrations
- Track application status, notices and compliance deadlines
- Maintain proper records and client documentation
- Coordinate with government portals and authorities when required

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good practical knowledge of GST, PF, ESIC and Professional Tax




- Basic understanding of business registrations and statutory compliance
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
