About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Communication &

- Engagement Specialist to support our Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) Program. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing communication and engagement activities that drive awareness, adoption, and user engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing, or change management, combined with excellent content creation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end communication and engagement activities supporting the EKM program and related initiatives.
- Develop persona-based communication kits and materials, including presentations, newsletters, videos, campaign assets, and user-focused content.
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content such as short videos, posters, and digital campaign materials.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve communication channels, including SharePoint sites, Viva Engage communities, surveys, and other digital platforms.
- Organize and support engagement activities such as roadshows, workshops, awareness campaigns, and live sessions.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
- Support change impact assessments and identify communication and training needs to improve user readiness and adoption.
- Contribute to broader change management initiatives with a focus on communication, engagement, and user adoption.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement expertise with the ability to design, develop, and execute communication strategies for large-scale transformation programs.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging, and user-centric messages.

- Channel Management

- Hands-on experience managing communication channels and digital assets, including:
- SharePoint
- Viva Engage
- Internal newsletters
- Video content
- Employee surveys

Change Management
- Basic to intermediate understanding of change management practices, including:
- Stakeholder management
- Change impact assessment
- Communication planning
- Change champion/network engagement

Digital Tools Experience With Communication And Content Creation Tools Such As

- Microsoft Clipchamp (or similar video editing tools)
- SharePoint
- Viva Engage
- Microsoft Forms
- Canva
- Other digital communication platforms

Knowledge Management
- Basic understanding of Knowledge Management (KM) concepts, including knowledge sharing, reuse, and adoption.
- Prior exposure to Knowledge Management or enterprise-wide knowledge initiatives is an advantage.

Language Requirement
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
