Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in New Delhi.

The Commission Sales

Associate will identify and engage potential clients for interior design and turnkey projects, manage inquiries, and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Daily responsibilities include explaining Studio Saaz’s services, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with the design and project teams to align client expectations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves conducting site visits with prospective clients,



supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth handover to the project execution team.

The Commission Sales

Associate is expected to meet sales targets, build long-term client relationships, and represent the studio professionally at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in consultative sales, lead generation, and closing deals in design, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings, site visits, and coordination with design and project teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and professional interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of interior design, space planning, or construction workflows is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM tools; willingness to learn current systems as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in commission-based sales is an advantage.
