F2F INTERVIEW – KITCHEN TEAM HIRING

We are Hiring for the following positions:

- Commis 1
- Commis 2
- Commis 3
- Kitchen Steward (KST)

Location: Bengaluru Department: Kitchen / Food Production / Stewarding

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and assist in food production as per standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Handle daily mise en place and support smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Assist senior chefs in preparation, cooking, plating, and timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, kitchen equipment, utensils, and back-of-house areas.
- Follow FSSAI, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company SOPs.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, FIFO, expiry checks, and temperature control of food items.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper utilization of raw materials.
- Coordinate effectively with Chefs and other kitchen team members.
- Kitchen Stewards will be responsible for washing and sanitizing utensils, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, waste segregation, and supporting overall stewarding operations.
- Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, discipline,



and safety standards at all times.

Candidate Profile
- Candidates with relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, QSRs, or commercial kitchens are preferred.
- Experience in Asian, Oriental, Burmese, or specialty cuisine will be an added advantage for kitchen positions.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Commis 1: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Commis 2: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Commis 3: 0–1 year of experience / freshers with culinary education can apply.
- Kitchen Steward: Relevant experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication, teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
