Position: Commis 1 – Pan Asian

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Pan Asian dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Should have good knowledge of Dim Sum and Sushi preparation.
- Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure proper taste, presentation, portioning, and quality of food.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and work area.
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
- Properly handle and store ingredients and kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service during busy hours.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine.
- Good practical knowledge of Dim Sum and Sushi is preferred.
- Knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
