We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bakery Chef who can independently manage our Icing & Cake Decoration Department along with Cookies & Biscuits production.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert in cake icing, frosting, finishing & decoration
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation & hygiene
- Prepare and manage different varieties of cookies & biscuits
- Handle daily production and ensure timely completion of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients
- Minimize wastage and maintain production standards
Requirements
- Prior bakery experience preferred
- Strong skills in icing, cake finishing & cookies
- Creative, detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Able to work independently and manage the department
Location: Dwarka, New Delhi
Position: Full time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Pay: ₹10,210.48 - ₹24,908.49 per month
