Role Description This full-time remote role as a Commercial Insurance Broker involves advising business clients on appropriate insurance products to cover their commercial risks. The broker will assess client needs, analyze risk profiles, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms with insurers to secure suitable coverage.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling policy renewals and endorsements, resolving client queries, and supporting claims-related guidance.



The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, staying current with insurance regulations and market developments, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality service. The successful candidate will build long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and reliable support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with experience in commercial lines and risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Account Management skills to build client relationships and manage portfolios effectively.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Underwriting principles and the ability to interpret policy terms, coverage limits, and exclusions.
- Relevant additional qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and negotiation abilities, and proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Skilled certifications or coursework in insurance or risk management, and prior experience in commercial insurance or financial services, are beneficial.
