Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Commercial Executive to handle day-to-day commercial activities, documentation, billing, vendor coordination, and financial data management. The candidate will support smooth commercial operations across stores and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily commercial and administrative activities related to stores.

- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, purchase documents, and other commercial records.

- Verify invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenses, and commercial transactions.

- Support accounts and finance teams with required commercial documents.

- Monitor pending invoices, payments, and vendor statements.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly commercial reports as required.

- Coordinate with stores, warehouse, vendors, and internal departments for commercial requirements.





- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all commercial documents.

- Assist with stock-related documentation and reconciliation when required.

- Identify discrepancies in bills, invoices, and supporting documents and coordinate for corrections.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial procedures.

- Perform any other commercial and administrative duties assigned by management.

Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good follow-up and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and basic accounting processes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
