Job Summary

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Associate.

Responsibilities

- Research complex financial and credit information for commercial business, or high net worth customer loan packages, according to business unit standards within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area
- Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables
- Underwrite loans with aggregate credit exposure based upon approved credit authority limits
- Investigate credit standards and determine credit worthiness of high net worth loans
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience,



training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications
- Understanding and Application of AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Tachyon, Agentspace) for routine tasks such as summarising information, drafting content, and analysing data, while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to interpret AI-generated outputs, validate insights, and make informed business decisions.
- Responsible AI Use: Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance requirements when using AI solutions.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Commitment to upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies and AI capabilities

Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of financial statement, Balance sheet, ratios, advance excel, power point, use of AI tool and ability to create agents for any solutions. Ability to lead team and process deliverables.
