Role Overview
We are hiring experienced International 1st Party Collection Executives to manage customer accounts, recover outstanding payments, and deliver an excellent customer experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound calls for the International 1st Party Collections process.
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances while maintaining a qualified and customer-centric approach.
- Accurately update customer interactions, payment commitments, and account details in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- 8–12 months of International 1st Party Collections experience is mandatory.
- Experience in 1st Party Collections is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
