Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.
- Manage soft collection activities for Home Loans (HL), LAP and other secured lending products.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding pending payments.
- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable payment solutions.
- Ensure timely collection and reduce portfolio overdue.
- Maintain accurate collection records and follow company processes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6 months 1 year in Collections / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.
- Experience in secured lending collections will be preferred.
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
