Job Title: Cafe Staff / Counter Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable person to join our coffee and tea shop. The role involves serving customers, preparing beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with day-to-day shop operations.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and take orders politely and efficiently
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, snacks, sandwiches, and other menu items
- Handle cash, UPI, and other customer payments
- Keep the counter, tables, kitchen/work area, and shop clean and hygienic
- Pack takeaway orders carefully
- Restock ingredients, cups, packaging, and other supplies when needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Provide friendly and good customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties




- Work as part of a team and help with other shop duties as required

Requirements:

- Friendly and positive attitude
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn
- Previous cafe, restaurant, or food-service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of handling payments is an advantage
