Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller at Brand Your Trend.

The Cold

Caller will contact prospective clients by phone, introduce Brand Your Trend’s services, and clearly communicate the value of its digital marketing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, gathering key information about prospects’ marketing needs, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales and account teams. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM tools, following call scripts while adapting to prospect responses,



and meeting or exceeding call volume and conversion targets. Collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues to refine messaging and share feedback on lead quality is also an important part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound customer outreach, preferably in marketing or related services.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and interest in learning about branding, online engagement, and lead generation.
- Comfort using CRM or call management tools, with solid data entry and documentation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a remote environment.
- Professional phone etiquette, resilience in handling rejection, and a constructive approach to feedback and coaching.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
- Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment is beneficial.
