? Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's growth and expansion strategy.

Support fundraising, strategic investments, and financial planning.

Build strategic relationships with investors, government bodies, fleet operators, OEMs, and institutional partners.

Lead expansion into new domestic and international markets.

Develop revenue-generating business verticals and strategic partnerships.

Support manufacturing, distribution, dealership, and charging-infrastructure expansion.





Participate in key management and strategic decision-making.

Help establish Ultric Motors as a leading global electric mobility company.

? Ideal Co-Founder Profile

We are particularly interested in:

Entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, and strategic business leaders.

Individuals with experience in automotive, EV, mobility, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, finance, or technology.

Strong business network and access to strategic markets.
