Hissab AI has already built robust traction with its AI-powered payment follow-up platform , helping businesses automate payment communication through WhatsApp, SMS and AI voice calls .

Now, we are taking the next big leap.

? From Payment Follow-up → Agentic AI for Accounting

Our vision is to build the next-generation Agentic AI Accounting Platform for Indian businesses — where business owners don't need to understand complex accounting software.

Instead, they can simply talk to their AI accounting agent , and the system can understand transactions, maintain accounts, manage receivables/payables, assist with GST and compliance workflows, provide business insights and take action on their behalf.

We are looking for a Co-Founder – Sales & Business who wants to build this journey with us.

? What you will own

- Build and lead the sales & business growth strategy
- Develop GTM strategy for the Indian MSME/accounting market
- Build partnerships with CAs, accountants, Tally users, distributors and business communities
- Build and manage the sales team as we scale
- Own revenue, customer acquisition and business development
- Understand customer pain points and convert them into product opportunities
- Represent Hissab AI with customers, partners and the ecosystem
- Work closely with the founding/technology team to shape the Agentic AI Accounting product

• Ultimately, build the business side of the company from the ground up

We are looking for someone with a true co-founder mindset .

✅ Has strong sales, GTM and business development experience

✅ Understands the Indian SME/MSME ecosystem

✅ Can build teams and partnerships

✅ Has the hunger to build a large technology company

✅ Is willing to take ownership without waiting for instructions

✅ Believes in the long-term opportunity of AI + Accounting

? Important: Founder-level commitment

This is a co-founder opportunity , not a conventional employment position.

The selected candidate must be prepared to make a minimum personal investment of ₹10 Lakhs into the business and commit significant time and energy to building the company.

We are intentionally keeping this opportunity limited to one serious co-founder .

There is no room for people looking for a side opportunity, a conventional salaried role, or a low-commitment association.
