CP Codes (copyproof.ai) is an AI-driven anti-counterfeiting company protecting brand integrity through a patent-pending, computer vision–based authentication solution. Our 2D copy-proof codes let any consumer verify product authenticity using just a smartphone — no app required. Unlike QR codes, holograms, or scratch labels, our technology is tamper-proof, delivers 100% accurate identification, and integrates seamlessly into existing packaging lines across paper, plastic, laminate, and 50+ other substrate types.

We've already deployed successful solutions with organizations including NDDB, ITC ABD, ITC FBD, and Tata FDRVC, protecting brands across pharma, FMCG, electronics, and automotive supply chains. We're now looking for a Co-Founder to help take CP Codes into its next phase of growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join CP Codes at the ground level and help build the company from its early stage into a scalable business. This is a founding-level role — not a conventional job — for someone ready to take full ownership of a part of the business and grow with it.

Key Responsibilities

Share overall ownership of company strategy, growth, and execution alongside the existing founding team

Build and scale go-to-market, sales, partnerships,



or operations (depending on background and fit)

Help develop and execute the company's fundraising strategy and investor narrative

Build out key hires and early team structure as the company scales

Represent CP Codes in partner, customer, and investor conversations

Drive key business metrics — revenue, partnerships, pipeline — relevant to your function

Work closely with the founding team on product direction, market positioning, and long-term vision

Required Skills / Background

Prior experience in a startup, business-building, or high-ownership role (founder, early employee, or leadership experience preferred)

Background in sales, business development, GTM, operations, or a technical/product function — open to discussing fit based on complementary skills

Exposure to enterprise, B2B, brand protection, packaging, FMCG, pharma, or deep-tech/AI sectors is a strong plus

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfort with ambiguity, resource constraints, and early-stage pace

High personal ownership and long-term commitment to the company's success

Compensation & Equity

This is a sweat-equity role until CP Codes secures funding. Equity terms are open for discussion directly with serious, aligned candidates based on role, contribution, and stage of joining.
