We are looking for CNC Operators / CNC Trainees to join our Production team. Freshers with ITI/Diploma qualifications in Machinist, Fitter, or Mechanical Engineering are welcome. The role offers an chance to receive on-the-job training and build a career in CNC machining and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines under supervision and follow production instructions.
- Load and unload components safely.
- Assist with basic tool setting and machine checks.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Maintain required quality and production standards.
- Keep the machine and shop floor clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC operation and machine tools.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic understanding of dimensional inspection.
- Safe handling of tools and components.
- Good discipline and willingness to learn.
- Awareness of shop-floor safety practices.
Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in CNC machining/manufacturing.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
