Role Description The Cluster Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing and growing a portfolio of Canada immigration and visa consulting operations. This role involves managing branch performance, supervising and mentoring consultants, and ensuring consistent adherence to immigration guidelines and internal service standards.

The Cluster

Manager will monitor client pipelines, coordinate outreach and lead-generation activities, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing complex client cases, resolving escalations,



preparing performance reports, aligning teams with organizational targets, and collaborating with senior leadership on business development in the Canada immigration segment.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multiple branches or locations.
- Experience in immigration consulting, international education, or related visa services, preferably with exposure to Canada programs.
- Excellent client relationship management and service orientation, with the ability to handle escalations and complex cases professionally.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and monitoring operational performance, including data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru and readiness to coordinate with teams and clients across locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, or a related field; advanced certifications in immigration or counseling are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canadian immigration pathways (e.g., Express Entry, study permits, work permits, PR routes) is a significant plus.
