Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Azure Cloud Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure environments for our enterprise clients. This is a core Azure delivery role — you will own client cloud infrastructure end to end, from landing zone design to migration, optimization, and ongoing operations, along with modern device management through Microsoft Intune.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deploy Azure infrastructure — virtual machines, virtual networks, VPN/ExpressRoute connectivity, load balancers, storage accounts, and Azure Firewall
- Build and manage Azure landing zones following the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework
- Lead cloud migration projects — on-premises to Azure assessments, Azure Migrate execution, and post-migration validation
- Implement Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Configure Azure security services — Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, network security groups, and Key Vault
- Manage identity and access with Microsoft Entra ID — conditional access,



privileged identity management, and role-based access control
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune — device enrollment (Windows, iOS, Android), compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, and Windows Autopilot
- Enforce endpoint security through Intune — device encryption, security baselines, and integration with Defender for Endpoint
- Monitor and optimize environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and cost management tools
- Automate deployments using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM/Bicep templates
- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and client-facing reports

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of hands-on Azure engineering experience across compute, networking, storage, and security
- Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 Azure migration or greenfield deployment projects
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune — device management, compliance policies, and Autopilot provisioning
- Strong command of Entra ID, Azure networking, and Azure governance (management groups, subscriptions, policies)
- PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code experience (ARM templates or Bicep)
- Positive communication skills — comfortable working directly with clients

Preferred

- Microsoft certifications: AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) required or in progress; AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect) or MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) a strong plus
- Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop, hybrid setups with Azure Arc, or M365 integration
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SEBI CSCRF)
- Consulting or managed services background
