TAC Aligner is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team and support dentists & orthodontists in delivering successful clear aligner treatments.
? Location: Chennai
? Experience: 1–3 Years / Freshers with relevant dental knowledge can apply
? Qualification: BDS
? Key Responsibilities:• Provide clinical support to dentists and orthodontists for aligner cases
- Review and assist with digital treatment planning and case submissions
- Coordinate with doctors regarding treatment plans and modifications
- Resolve clinical queries related to clear aligner treatment
- Support doctors throughout the aligner treatment journey
- Coordinate with internal clinical, staging, and production teams
- Conduct product and clinical training sessions for doctors when required
- Maintain strong relationships with dental professionals
? What We’re Looking For:✅ Strong understanding of orthodontics and dental concepts
✅ 3+years of orthodontic industry experience , preferably in sales ,training ,or clinical support
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Tech -savvy with valuable knowledge of IT tools
✅ Problem-solving and coordination skills
✅ Knowledge of clear aligners/digital dentistry will be an advantage
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
