We are hiring Registered Nurses for the position of Clinical Reviewer. This is a corporate/office-based healthcare role and not a hospital job.

The role involves reviewing and validating medical records to assess medical necessity, treatment appropriateness, relatedness, and compensability.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate medical records.
- Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of treatment.
- Identify correlation between billed diagnosis and medical reports (Relatedness).
- Apply clinical knowledge and decision-making to identify the patient's priority health problem.
- Validate whether an injury/illness is associated with the insured's job function (Compensability).
- Ensure accuracy in claim/payment review and help identify inappropriate or fraudulent claims.

Eligibility
- B.Sc. Nursing / Bachelor of Nursing – Mandatory




- Valid Indian Registered Nurse (RN) License – Mandatory
- Freshers can apply
- ❌ Diploma/GNM candidates are NOT eligible
- Valuable communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
