About the Role The Bombay Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage customer interactions, lead the customer service team, and support patient experience and conversions.
We are looking for someone confident in handling premium clients, customer queries, follow-ups and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service and sales team.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Manage HNI, premium and VIP clients professionally.
- Follow up with enquiries and prospective patients.
- Support consultation closures and treatment conversions.
- Drive phone sales, upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor and improve team performance.
- Handle escalated customer concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinic managers and front desk teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in customer service, telesales, clinic sales or team management.
- Experience leading a customer service or sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with phone sales and customer follow-ups.
- Experience handling premium or HNI clients.
- Basic understanding of skin, hair, aesthetic and body treatments.
- Target-oriented with a strong customer-service mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with treatment sales and consultation conversions.
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience working with CRM or patient management software.
- Ability to track leads and conversions.
- Solid problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
