You will be the backbone of the clinic, responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, driving revenue, and cultivating a culture of excellence. We need someone who understands that aesthetic medicine is about trust, results, and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, health and safety compliance, and facility maintenance.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every patient journey is flawless—from the initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. Handle complex complaints with grace and resolve issues to maintain our reputation.
- Staff Leadership & Training: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of receptionists, nurses, and therapists.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date on treatment knowledge and customer service standards.
- Sales & Performance: Drive clinic sales targets and KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and patient retention.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan in-clinic events, promotions, and patient referral programs.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with payroll, budgeting, and tracking clinic expenditure to ensure profitability.
