Role Description The Client Servicing Director will lead key client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strategic alignment, and long-term partnership growth. This full time, on-site role based in Goregaon involves overseeing client servicing teams, setting performance standards, and guiding the development of integrated advertising and digital marketing solutions that resonate with Tier 2/3 and rural audiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client business objectives, leading briefs and presentations, coordinating with creative, digital, and media teams, and ensuring timely,



accurate execution of campaigns. The role also includes monitoring account profitability, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

The Client Servicing

Director will mentor team members, drive customer satisfaction, and represent the agency as a strategic advisor to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing expertise, including Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a track record of managing key accounts and complex projects.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to collaborate across internal teams and with senior client leaders.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience in building long-term relationships, addressing client concerns proactively, and maintaining high service standards.
- Solid understanding of Finance in an agency context, including budget management, pricing, profitability tracking, and reporting for client accounts.
- Significant experience in advertising and digital marketing, ideally within semi-urban and rural markets, with insight into Tier 2/3 and rural consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
