Role Description The Client Servicing Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the executive will manage day-to-day client communication, ensure timely responses, and maintain solid relationships with brand partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal creative and strategy teams, preparing and delivering presentations, tracking project progress, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. The role also involves handling client feedback,



supporting account growth initiatives, and contributing to smooth onboarding and ongoing client service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and clear communication.
- Ability to create and deliver professional Presentations for client updates, proposals, and performance reviews.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including basic reporting, coordination, and follow-through on project tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Mumbai, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
