We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Kochi team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new leads, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned business targets.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through appropriate sales channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries and communicate with prospects professionally.
- Identify client requirements and provide appropriate information about company offerings.
- Manage lead follow-ups and work towards successful conversions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote company products/services effectively.
- Work towards achieving monthly and assigned sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and conduct basic market research.
- Maintain updated records of leads, customers, enquiries, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments to ensure effective client communication and service delivery.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant Sales experience.
- Sound understanding of Sales and Marketing principles.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable using laptops/computers for sales-related tasks and record keeping.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong follow-up skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a positive and qualified work attitude.
