About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our growing team as a Client Relationship Executive and build a career in the financial services industry.

The selected candidate will work closely with prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, explain relevant financial products and investment concepts, support client onboarding, and assist with client relationship management and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective and existing clients and understand their requirements
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Explain relevant financial products, investment concepts, and mutual fund-related services to clients
- Assist clients with their queries and provide appropriate information about available financial products and services
- Support client onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients
- Assist with lead generation and business development activities
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client servicing
- Maintain accurate client information and follow internal processes and documentation requirements

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Candidates from Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with an interest in financial services, mutual funds, and wealth management are encouraged to apply
- Relevant experience in client relationship management, sales, business development, or financial services will be an advantage
