Position: Client Relation Executive

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and event expectations.
- Communicate AENA EVENTS' services and event concepts clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the planning and execution process.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the internal event team to ensure client requirements are communicated accurately.
- Schedule client meetings, venue visits, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client conversations, quotations, and bookings.
- Handle client questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collect client feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the team during event execution whenever client coordination is required.
- Represent AENA EVENTS professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident and professional personality with a pleasant attitude.
- Good convincing,



negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Robust customer-service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and basic computer applications.
- Prior experience in client relations, sales, hospitality, events, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the events industry may also apply.
