Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Claims Manager role based in Chennai.

The Claims

Manager will oversee end-to-end claims handling processes, including reviewing claim documentation, validating inspection and valuation reports, and ensuring timely and accurate claim settlement. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, internal inspection teams,



and other stakeholders to resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies.

Manager will monitor claim workflows, maintain records, track key performance indicators, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. This position also requires preparing periodic reports, supporting audits, guiding team members on claims best practices, and upholding company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for data review, risk assessment, and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in motor insurance, automobile inspection, or valuation will be beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office and claims management systems, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
