Job Purpose:
Support legal department for bank's business
Interact with internal, external stakeholders
Job Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate bank agreements
Advise on digital banking initiatives
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders
Conduct due diligence on documents
Assist legal team with research
Track, share updates on laws, judgments
Coordinate with external legal counsels
Liaise with internal stakeholders
Assist seniors on transactions, matters
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation
LL.B
Key Skills:
Corporate, commercial law understanding
Regulatory framework knowledge for banks
Information Technology Act, Banking Regulation Act knowledge
Data Privacy, RBI Guidelines knowledge
Basic banking products understanding
