Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.

- Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering and finishing works.

- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and construction activities.

- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

- Prepare and verify quantity estimates, BOQ, measurements and contractor bills.

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site reports and measurement sheets.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors and Vendors.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.

- Ensure construction work complies with applicable IS Codes, specifications and project requirements.

- Inspect construction materials and coordinate material testing and quality inspections.

- Identify and resolve technical and site execution issues.

- Monitor project schedule and support timely completion of assigned works.

- Coordinate with contractors for manpower, material planning and work execution.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project standards.

- Assist in project planning, quantity estimation, cost control and documentation.





- Coordinate snag rectification, final inspection and project handover activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

- 5-15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.

- Strong experience in site supervision, construction execution and project coordination.

- Good knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing and building construction works.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.

- Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements and contractor billing.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of relevant IS Codes, construction specifications and quality standards.

- Experience in EPC, building, infrastructure or government projects will be preferred.

- Candidates with experience in CPWD, PWD, DMRC, NBCC or other government/PSU projects will be preferred.

- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving and site management skills.

- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, manpower and site activities effectively.

- Willingness to work at project sites and travel/relocate as per project requirements.
