We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Civil / BIM Faculty to join our training institution. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in Civil Engineering and BIM software, guiding students through projects, and helping them develop industry-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for Civil Engineering and BIM courses.
- Train students in relevant BIM and Civil Engineering software.
- Explain concepts clearly through practical examples and hands-on exercises.
- Guide students in academic and industry-based projects.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Support students in developing industry-oriented technical skills.
- Stay updated with current BIM technologies, tools, and industry standards.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and BIM workflows.
- Valuable practical knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, SketchUp, or related BIM tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Project experience in Civil/BIM will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant BIM training and industry experience are preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in teaching/training or Civil/BIM industry experience.
- Freshers with strong software skills and good communication skills may also apply.
