Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of civil construction materials, including cement, steel, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, MEP materials, and finishing materials.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct RFQs, tendering, bid comparisons, negotiations, and finalization of purchase orders.
- Maintain solid relationships with suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely material availability at project sites as per project schedules.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks.

Required Experience:

- 5 to 15 years of experience in Civil Procurement within Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, EPC, or Industrial Projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Experience in handling large-value procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Expertise in vendor development and contract management.
