Job Summary

RS Print Fab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction, maintenance, repair, and infrastructure-related work at the company’s facility in Surajpur, Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction and maintenance work.
- Manage building maintenance, repairs, flooring, roofing, drainage, and structural works.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, labour, and site teams.
- Monitor construction and maintenance projects from start to completion.
- Prepare and review estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Inspect sites and identify repair and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of all civil works.
- Manage construction materials and control project costs.
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding civil work requirements.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills,



and completed work.
- Maintain records and reports related to civil construction and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction and maintenance.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil work, building construction, repairs, and maintenance.
- Experience in contractor and site management.
- Knowledge of estimation, BOQ, construction materials, and quality control.

Required Skills
- Strong site supervision and project management skills.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and workers effectively.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of construction safety and quality standards.

Compensation

₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Work Location: Surajpur, Greater Noida, NCR

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
