Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project requirements and potential challenges.
- Review and setup day-to-day operations of the project, including procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Develop and manage project initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing cost overruns.
- Ensure that all work complies with local bodies, state, and government regulatory- regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Responsible for mentoring junior engineers, leading project meetings, and developing strategic plans that align with company goals.




- Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and design revisions.
- Preparing budgets and preparing BOQ for the project and processing for purchases and scheduling follow ups on payment and delivery of materials.
- Managing workmen -contract employees and subcontractors and maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- A Master's degree in civil engineering.
- At least 5-10 years of proven experience in civil engineering with a minimum of 3 years in a project management role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- A strong background in civil engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
- Expert in collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure development, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to upholding environmental standards.
- Proficient in civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
