Role Description The Civil Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities on residential construction projects, including planning work schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with design specifications and quality standards.

The Civil Project

Coordinator will liaise with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to support smooth project execution, timely delivery of materials, and resolution of on-site issues. The role includes maintaining project documentation, assisting with budget and timeline monitoring,



and supporting compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy structured work, collaboration with diverse teams, and hands-on involvement in the construction process.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation management.
- Knowledge of civil construction processes, residential building standards, and quality control practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly with site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Competence in using basic office software and construction-related tools for reporting and planning.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to addressing in office challenges.
- Understanding of safety protocols and basic regulatory requirements in civil construction.
- Relevant education in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; diploma or degree preferred.
- Prior experience in coordinating or supervising civil or residential construction projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
