About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical City Unlock Manager to own and scale bike-taxi supply growth in Mumbai. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and solid execution capabilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning city-level business metrics and P&L; outcomes.

Responsibilities

Supply Growth & City Unlock

- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the city to increase captain acquisition and engagement.
- Develop and execute city-level supply acquisition and activation strategies.
- Design and run pilots, experiments, and on-ground interventions to improve supply availability.
- Monitor supply health metrics and drive corrective actions to meet city growth objectives.
- Build scalable playbooks that can be replicated across geographies.

Data Analytics & Business Insights

- Independently analyze operational and business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Create dashboards, trackers,



and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Work with Metabase and internal data systems to derive insights and support decision-making.
- Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Central Strategy teams.
- Gather insights from field operations and convert them into actionable business recommendations.
- Present findings, influence decision-making, and drive execution across teams.
- Track action items, ensure timely follow-ups, and close loops effectively.
- Act as the voice of the city while working with central teams.

Business & P&L; Ownership

- Own key city-level business metrics related to supply growth, utilization, and profitability.
- Understand and manage various P&L; levers including acquisition costs, incentives, earnings, and operational expenses.
- Balance growth and profitability while ensuring sustainable business outcomes.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and maximize returns on investments.

Qualifications 2–6 years of experience in Operations, Business Strategy, Growth, Consulting, Marketplace, Mobility, Logistics, Quick Commerce, FMCG, or related domains.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to independently structure problems and derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- SQL and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) knowledge preferred.
