Role Description The City Lead Developer Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for building and strengthening strategic relationships with real estate developers and related partners in the region. In this role, the individual will identify and engage key developer stakeholders, present Bonito Designs’ offerings, and negotiate partnership opportunities that drive residential interior design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating meetings and site visits, collaborating with internal design and project teams to tailor proposals, and ensuring seamless execution of joint initiatives with developers.

The City

Lead will track pipeline performance, provide market insights to leadership,



and represent Bonito Designs at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. This role requires a strong focus on business growth, partner satisfaction, and maintaining Bonito Designs’ brand standards across all developer-facing interactions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, or developer relations within real estate, interiors, or a related industry.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders at developer organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively articulate value propositions and close partnerships.
- Proficiency in planning and managing pipelines, using CRM or similar tools to track leads, conversions, and partner activities.
- Ability to collaborate closely with design, sales, and project delivery teams to align solutions with developer and homebuyer needs.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting regular field visits, and representing the brand at local industry events in Hyderabad.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market and residential segment, with an understanding of developer workflows and project cycles.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, design-led setting.
