Role: Citrix Specialist / Engineer

Location: Hyderabad or Bengaluru

As a Citrix Specialist, you will design, plan, and execute end-to-end migrations of Citrix environments from on-premises infrastructure to cloud platforms. You will evaluate existing setups, migrate core Citrix components, troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.

What will your role look like

- Design, plan, and execute Citrix migrations from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.

- Assess existing Citrix infrastructure and develop comprehensive migration strategies.
- Migrate Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, NetScaler/ADC, profiles, policies, and applications.
- Perform environment validation, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and travel as needed for client workshops, discovery, or migration activities based on project priorities.

We would like you to bring along

- 7 to 10 years of overall Citrix experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on cloud migration expertise.

- Strong technical skills in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix DaaS, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, MCS/PVS, and FSLogix.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, Windows Server, networking (DNS/DHCP), and identity/security management.
- Familiarity with cloud landing zones, hybrid connectivity, disaster recovery, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI).
